Our company initially contacted JC Michaelson Consulting regarding ergonomic needs, but they have assisted us with so much more. Completing annual hearing & vision tests, ensuring previous baselines documented properly, completing Physical Demand Assessments (PDAs), and going out onto the floor to discuss proper postures with employees. They even encouraged us to have the work area evaluated for noise, as they felt some areas didn’t require inclusion into the hearing conservation program…this would mean less money for them next year. I’ve been more than impressed with their willingness to meet the needs of our company and our employees.
